🌟 A Proud Moment: Beyond Care’s Midterm Audit Success

As July comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a major milestone for Beyond Care: the successful completion of our midterm audit. We’re incredibly proud of the outcome and grateful for the kind words, observations, and encouragement we received throughout the process.

The audit offered a valuable opportunity to review how we’re tracking with our systems, support, and service delivery. The results speak volumes about the commitment of our team and the strength of our values in action.

What the Auditor Had to Say

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Participants who were interviewed during the audit described feeling safe, supported, and genuinely happy with the care they receive.

Our Supported independent living homes were highlighted as warm, welcoming, and homely, as well as free from hazards and well-maintained. This kind of environment doesn’t happen by chance. It comes from thoughtful planning, responsive teams, and a genuine passion for creating spaces where people feel they truly belong.
