Living Skills – Cooking

Healthy meals

Learn how to cook simple, healthy meals, understand basic nutrition and build independence in the kitchen.

Life Skills – Money Management

Learn how to spend, save and budget effectively while protecting your personal finances and details.

Karaoke

Build confidence and self-esteem through singing. Supports self-expression, motor skills, memory, stress relief and social interaction.

Wednesday

Music Therapy

Use music to support speech, communication and social skills in a relaxed and engaging setting.

Swimming

Low-impact exercise to support fitness, mobility and confidence in the water.

Soccer Day

Western Sydney Wanderers Stadium

Enjoy team sport that improves cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination, with strong social benefits.

Thursday

Tai Chi and Exercises

Gentle movement to improve cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, prevent falls and support joint health and mental wellbeing.

Community Outing – Bowling

Concession / Companion Card

Social outing that builds hand–eye coordination, confidence and friendships in a fun environment.

Create & Connect – Scrapbooking

Use photos, colours and craft to tell your story, express yourself and strengthen fine motor skills.

Friday

Access & Discover Your Community

Cost: $15

Explore local venues and activities, practise travel skills and build confidence engaging with the community.

Option 1 – Pyjamas Movie Day

Cost: $10

Relax with friends in your pyjamas, enjoy a movie, practise social skills and have a fun end to the week.

Option 2 – BBQ at Wenty Hub

Cost: $10

Social BBQ at the Hub to enjoy good food, conversation and a relaxed community atmosphere.

End-of-week check-in and preparation for leisure and community activities.

Leisure

Cost: $5

Structured leisure time that promotes self-care, improves mood and offers new experiences.

Access & Discover Your Community

Cost: $15

Explore local areas, practise travel and social skills and build independence in the community.

Option 1 – Fish & Chips at La Perouse Beach

Approx. cost: $20

Enjoy a beach outing with friends, practise communication skills and experience a relaxed coastal environment.

Option 2 – Lunch at Your Local RSL Club

Approx. cost: $15

Community lunch with friends in a familiar local setting to build social and community participation.

Participants Meeting – Christmas Party in the House

Group meeting and celebration to share feedback, plan ahead and enjoy a festive gathering together.
