Finding the right supported living option that balances independence, choice, and the right level of support can be challenging. Our Parramatta property offers brand-new, self-contained apartments designed to support participants to live more independently while still having access to flexible supports when needed.

Each unit is fully self-contained, with separate on-site staff accommodation. This model allows participants to enjoy their own private home, with support available on demand in line with their individual NDIS goals and support needs, without the requirement for 24/7 active support in the home.

The property also includes shared communal spaces such as laundry facilities and recreation rooms, encouraging social connection, skill-building, and community participation in a safe and welcoming environment.

This accommodation is suitable for NDIS participants with ILO, drop-in supports, or SIL funding as part of their plan.
