Our team is looking forward to connecting with participants, families, carers, support coordinators and other providers from across the Central West.
Whether you are a participant, a family member, a carer, a support coordinator, or simply interested in learning more about disability support services, we would love for you to come along and say hello.
At Beyond Care, we understand that everyone is different. Taking the time to listen and understand individual goals is what allows us to provide support that genuinely fits.
Building Stronger Community Connections
Events like this are an important part of building stronger connections across the region. They give people the chance to ask questions, explore the supports available and meet organisations face to face in a welcoming environment.
