Meet Nathan – Our Support Coordinator
We are excited to introduce Nathan, our Support Coordinator, who brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and a genuine commitment to supporting participants to achieve their goals.
Nathan understands that every participant is different. He takes the time to listen, understand individual circumstances and work alongside participants, their families, carers and support networks to develop practical and person-centred approaches.
With his strong knowledge of the NDIS and the broader disability support sector, Nathan can assist participants with understanding their plans, identifying appropriate services and supports, building connections with providers and coordinating the supports needed to work towards their goals.
Nathan’s approach is centred around communication, advocacy, choice and control. He believes participants should feel informed and confident when making decisions about their supports and should always have a voice in the services they receive.
