Puneet began her journey with us in June 2022 and was promoted to Senior Support Worker by April 2023—a reflection of the impact she made in a short time. From day one, Puneet has brought professionalism, compassion and initiative to her role.

Puneet is known for her ability to manage tasks efficiently while making sure that participants receive the attention and support they need. She takes initiative and follows through—qualities that keep both our clients and our team moving forward.
She’s also a powerful advocate for those in her care, ensuring they not only meet their goals but enjoy meaningful engagement in their daily routines. Puneet shared, “I love seeing my clients achieve their goals and take part in activities they enjoy. Even on the harder days, I look forward to coming in and supporting both my clients and team.”
